AUDIO VISUAL

The Grubstreet Author is partnered with Encore who offer a fully comprehensive audio visual, production and branding service. The dedicated team, based in-house, know the spaces inside out and utilise this knowledge to deliver the best solution exclusively tailored to each event.

Each of the rooms come equipped with integrated LED coloured lighting, PA system and Wi-Fi inclusive in the room hire. Should anything further be required Encore will be available to discuss the requirements in detail and provide a full quote based on this.

I.T

Located on the doorstep of the tech hub of Old Street and the Silicon Roundabout, The Grubstreet Author understands the importance of staying connected. The venue has an unrestricted complimentary Wi-Fi infrastructure capable of a capacity of 1100mb both up and down. The strength of the Wi-Fi allows a large number of devices to be connected simultaneously and lets conferences easily stream live video with delegates able to share their experiences across social channels.

For more complex briefs and exhibitions that require multiple wired connections preferred I.T partner Panoptics will be able to cater for these requirements through the venue event sales manager.

The Grubstreet Author offers a range of services that goes beyond simply providing a space to host your event. A trusted network of suppliers and the long standing partnerships that have been developed allows the negotiation of the best possible rates for events.

Once the requirements have been outlined the team will go to work on sourcing or can make suggestions to enhance the event. The list of what can be provided is exhaustive and the team are not easily surprised having sourced everything from polar bears to edible perfumes in the past.
